What you’ll do
- Installing and commissioning, servicing, and repairing CNC plasma, oxyfuel, and laser cutting machines and filters
- Providing high-quality machine training to customers
- Rigorous fault finding, using first principles, hereby avoiding repeat visits
- You’re actively driving knowledge sharing to improve the overall Esprit service team
- You’re responsible for selling spare parts during machine services and you’ll need to be able to explain why a certain spare part is needed
- Recommending and promoting service contracts; ability to explain to a customer what the benefits are, and communicating back to the office about the outcome of the conversations
- Delivering against key support performance metrics such as quality and customer satisfaction
- Support the all the world organisation with installations and breakdowns if required
- Report to Service Manager
