Delivery

Guangdong Speed Century Import And Export Ltd try to provide excellent customer service.

So please be aware of the following key points.

 

The machine will be packed with wooden box to protect the machine against the damage during  delivery.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OFFLADING THE WOODEN BOX.

The lorries do not have fork lifts and so once the curtains on the vehicle are pulled back,you need to get the goods off the truck. Not the driver.We can arrange for a pump truck and a tail lift,but the 3M long panels are easier to lift off the side, than attempt via the tail lift.

 

What if I am not home?

Your delivery will be returned to the local depot and a delivery at a later date will be arranged. Please be aware that this might not be the next working day so please try and be home on the delivery day.

 

Can I determine the time of day of the delivery?

The standard service will give you email notification of despatch 24hours prior to the delivery.

On the day the haulier will give you email and text notification two hours prior to delivery.

If you want the haulier to book in with you to agree a two hour delivery slot, let us know.This costs no more,but usually adds a couple of days to the lead time .

 

Help! I haven’t received my parcel,what should I do ?

Contact us-either  info@cncspeedcentury.com or by phone and will do everything we can to help.

If your order has been dispatched with Sea waybill then we can track and trace it using their online system.
